Our journey began in 2002 with a passion for technology and helping businesses grow through innovative digital solutions. Over the years, we expanded our expertise across IT services, web development, and digital marketing, supporting organizations as they adapted to an increasingly digital world.

In 2013, we entered the remote workforce industry, helping businesses access global talent and flexible support solutions. At a time when remote work was still emerging, we were among the early adopters of distributed workforce models, helping companies scale efficiently while reducing operational costs.

Building on this experience, we launched our Virtual Assistant services in 2017, providing dedicated remote professionals to entrepreneurs, startups, and growing businesses worldwide. By 2019, our virtual assistant division had reached its peak, serving clients across multiple industries and demonstrating the growing demand for remote support solutions.

The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated digital transformation globally and fundamentally changed the way businesses communicate with customers. Through this period, we gained a deeper understanding of what truly drives business success. We discovered that while operational support is important, exceptional customer experience is what creates trust, loyalty, retention, and long-term growth.

This realization led to the evolution of Remplox into a specialized Customer Experience company.
