We’re looking for a Conversation Designer who can transform complex business processes into intuitive, engaging, and high-performing conversational experiences. Job Description:
You will design conversations that make AI feel helpful, efficient, and human. Working closely with CX strategists, developers, and AI engineers, you will transform business requirements into seamless conversational experiences.
This role combines UX writing, customer psychology, AI prompting, workflow design, and customer journey thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end chatbot and voice assistant conversations.
- Create conversation flows, decision trees, and dialogue maps.
- Write natural, concise, and brand-aligned AI responses.
- Develop prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Improve AI accuracy through prompt engineering and testing.
- Design fallback and error-handling conversations.
- Collaborate with developers to implement conversational experiences.
- Analyze conversation data and continuously improve performance.
- Optimize AI for customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and business outcomes.
- Build reusable conversation libraries and knowledge bases.
- Ensure conversations reflect the client’s tone of voice and brand personality.
Requirements:
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer experience (CX).
- Experience writing conversational content or UX copy.
- Knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs.
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles.
- Ability to think logically and design customer journeys.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with chatbot platforms is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Voiceflow, Dialogflow, Botpress, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Amazon Lex, or similar conversational AI platforms.
- Knowledge of conversation analytics and optimization.
- Experience with AI agents and workflow automation.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and knowledge management systems.
- Familiarity with prompt evaluation frameworks and AI testing methodologies.
- Basic understanding of UX design and information architecture.
